Cierra Garrow

Cierra Garrow (She/Her) is the founder of Cambrian Counselling and Wellness, a Registered Psychotherapist, and a Marriage & Family Therapist practicing in Grey County. Growing up in a remote Northwestern Ontario community with limited mental health resources, Cierra navigated significant barriers to move from surviving to thriving. Her lived experience fuels her dedication to ensuring others have access to the care and support they need to lead healthy, fulfilling lives.

A passionate advocate for youth mental health, Cierra is an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society and an active youth advisor for CAMH’s Canadian Youth Mental Health Insight Platform (CYMHI) and Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario. Her advocacy efforts have contributed to system-wide improvements in mental health care, particularly for young people. She has been involved in initiatives like the National Youth and Family Ambassador Program, working to expand access to mental health services across Canada.

As an entrepreneur and mentor, Cierra is committed to building a future where mental health care is accessible, culturally responsive, and grounded in community connection. When she’s not leading change in the mental health space, you can find her embracing the outdoors—whether backcountry backpacking, enjoying lake life, or exploring new corners of the world.
