Heather Reeves has been teaching and supporting people in their health and well-being for more than three decades. Beginning her career as a Registered Massage Therapist, she has spent years working closely with clients and witnessing the toll that busy, demanding lives can take on the body and mind.
Today, Heather is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher who guides women in creating more balance, energy, and ease in their lives.
She is the creator of The PAUSE Method, a simple framework designed to help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and prioritize their well-being.
Through yoga classes, retreats, and coaching programs, Heather helps women move their bodies, quiet their minds, and remember that caring for themselves is not a luxury — it’s essential.
